School Fun Fairs

Everyone loves a carnival.  Fun Services® offers a full service Fun Fair Program.  We provide your organization with games, prizes and red and white "carnival" booths for the games.  To increase the FUN, many organizations also choose to add rentals such as our interactive inflatables and concession equipment.

Read on to learn how the program works.

There is no charge for game rental1We only charge for the prizes given away!

The booths feature simple tests of skill or games of chance.  Depending on the game, there might be a First Prize or Second Prize but there is always Consolation Prize so everyone wins!

The prizes for the games can be given to the participants in two ways:

  1. Prize redemption locally at each game
  2. Punch card system.

The punch card system is the most popular.  Here is how it works:  The participant plays a game and receives a punch on their card every time a game is played. The amount of the punch value is equivalent to the prize categories. (First, Second and Consolation Prize.)

Then the participant claims their prize at a redemption center any time during the event.  This allows the prizes to be easily controlled by adults.  Remember, all prizes are consigned.  You only pay for what you use!

Field Days

Some of our schools host "Field Days".  What better way to welcome the kids back at the beginning of the school year!  Some schools give the kids a great send-off into summer with a "Field Day".  Some do both!  Usually this is school or PTA/PTO sponsored and costs the kids nothing. We provide several differant packages. Our most popular package has one inflatable, games, prizes, red and white "carnival" booths and concession equipment.   Lest us tailor a package to fit your specific budget.   The goal is to give all these prizes away so they are purchased directly as part of the package.

Note 1:  There may be a reasonable delivery charge depending on the distance.
